Initial Intake Session: 60-90 minutes, $325

Weekly therapy session: 55 minutes $275

EMDR Intensives: Hourly session rate prorated for the length of the intensive

My Commitment to Your Care

As a private practice therapist, I have chosen not to contract directly with insurance companies. This decision is rooted in my commitment to providing you with the highest quality of care. By operating outside of the insurance system, I can devote my attention fully to your therapeutic needs rather than spending valuable time on administrative tasks, paperwork, and "fighting" with insurance companies for authorization.

This ensures that our work together remains entirely private, client-led, and focused on your unique goals without outside interference. I am able to provide all clients with monthly “superbills” that can be submitted to your insurance provider to receive out of network reimbursement, pending the details of your specific plan.

To help make therapy accessible, I do offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on need. Please feel welcome to reach out to inquire about the current availability of my sliding scale options.
